Beet Marbled Yoghurt Recipe

This high protein snack contains healthy unsaturated fats, antioxidants, and dietary nitrate, making it ideal for recovery. Add an extra scoop of Nitrate 8000 Crystals for ~400mg of dietary nitrate.


(Serves 1)

200g of 0% fat Greek yoghurt

1 scoop of Beet It Nitrate 8000 Crystals

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 strawberries, washed & sliced

1 tsp of honey

1 tbsp of mixed seeds


Take 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and add it to a dish with the Nitrate Crystals – mix well until the crystals have dissolved.

Add the remaining yoghurt to a bowl and mix in the honey and vanilla extract.

Spoon the Nitrate-infused yoghurt into the centre of the bowel, then use the spoon to swirl it into the plain yoghurt to create a marble effect.

Top the yoghurt with the mixed seeds and sliced strawberries, then serve.
